If you want to change your life you, not anyone else, have to take responsibility for your own change. If you've never exercised before, trying to make it a habit will require some change. Henry David Thoreau once said, "Things do not change; we change." Making exercise a habit shouldn't disrupt your life, although it may mean giving something up or rearranging a few priorities.
In his book Awaken the Giant Within, Anthony Robbins says this about creating long-term change: "First we must believe that something must change...secondly, we must believe that I must change it...and third, we have to believe that I can change it."
Starting a new exercise program doesn't mean you have to change your life, but your life will be positively changed by it.
