One of the hardest things for people to do when deciding to exercise is to get started. The greatest intent isn't worth anything when you can't get started.
Whether you decide to exercise outside, at home, or in a health club, you need to take action. Just thinking about it won't help you lose weight. Theodore Hesburgh once said, "My basic principle is that you don't make decisions because they are easy; you don't make them because they're cheap; you don't make them because they're popular; you make them because they're right."
The right decision isn't going to come in just deciding where to exercise. The right decision will be made when you decide that this is the day I'm going to start exercising.
Review this chapter and determine what will be best for you. Once you know, don't hesitate to get started.
