The last thing to remember when setting your goals is to celebrate when you achieve them. I'm not just talking about the bigger goals, like losing 25 pounds for the vacation, but the smaller ones that are going to help get you there. You deserve it.

Take the time to spoil yourself. Buy yourself something. Get a massage. Do something that you wouldn't normally do. Rewarding yourself provides a little form of external motivation. Look forward to it and enjoy it.
