"When I decided to start an exercise program, I did it because I wanted to lose some weight and get my body in shape so I could feel good about myself. I'm one of those people that actually find exercise enjoyable. With it comes a sense of accomplishment; it fuels my desire to stay in shape. I have a personal trainer that works with me several days a week and keeps it interesting. Some days I'll walk on the treadmill, lift weights, ride a bike or work on my flexibility. It's always different. I can honestly say that I enjoy exercise."
